Her name is "Silvana Schmidt"

Announcing that the newest member of our family has her name. Silvana Schmidt, beautiful baby girl of Ann and Damon. The name Silvana has ties to her Sicilian heritage, meaning "of the woods". It is a derivative of the Roman name Silvanus - derived from Latin silva "wood, forest". Silvanus was the Roman god of forests.
She is our little goddess of Milwaukee!
Damon, Ann, and Silvana are safely home tonight. And so the most special time of their family life begins. May God's love surround you all.
Welcome our precious Silvana - we love you!!
Grandma can hardly wait to see you in person. Sleep tight.
