Hey everyone,

We had some wonderful news today!!  Chase got sent home today!  I got a chance to talk to Beth (Adam's Mom) and she filled me in on some details I had been lacking.  Chase, while burnt, is not as badly burnt as I had originally thought.  He has a pretty nasty wound on his forehead, and his eyes and nose are burnt but not severe 3rd degree (thank the Lord).  Beth actually sent a picture (and after Adam looked at it first I finally did), and he is going to have a nasty scar from the brain surgery, and probably another on his forhead from the metal, but the rest of him should heal up good.  Thank you for all the thoughts and prayers - I'll keep you posted on his progress   megan
