Mom has flower power and her plants are coming alive.

Last year Mom astounded the neighbors by growing plants in her flower garden, in the sun, that only grow in the cool shade. In addition, her rose bushes went crazy and grew every where. In fall she planted bulbs in a second flower garden along with some temporary flowers. Wow! They look great.

The bulbs are coming up and the rest of the flowers are in bloom and looking wonderful. In Mom's first flower garden her roses are waking up with a serious attitude and it appears that she will once again have an excellent showing of flowers.

Last June we were in Hawaii and so when we returned Mom planted some Pineapples. They survived the winter and maybe we will have some fruit this summer. Mom has also worked on our bushes and most survived the winter. We will have to add some more in a month or two, but the yard is turning green all over.
